2009 Nancy Duree Natural Resource Scholarship Recipient
Bryce Woodruff
Oroville High School, Oroville, Washington
We are pleased to announce that Bryce Woodruff is the recipient of the 2009 Nancy Duree Natural Resource Scholarship.
Bryce is graduating from Oroville High School in Oroville, and plans on attending the University of Hawaii, Hilo, with a major in Marine Science (Biology). Many highly qualified applicants applied for the scholarship, but Bryce was selected because of his strong academic record, personal essay, community service, recommendations, and strong leadership abilities.
Assisting students with their education is a future investment, and Salmon Fest is honored to help develop our next generation of leaders. We are proud to honor Bryce with this scholarship and wish him the best of success.
