Teacher Evaluation Form
Once you have returned…
…from your Salmon Festival experience, please fill out the evaluation form. We continually want to improve the festival, but can only do so if we hear from you. We take your suggestions and improvements very seriously.
Please complete and return by October 18, 2010.
All teachers that complete their evaluation by October 19 will have their name entered into a drawing done by the Friends of the Northwest Hatcheries. Five teachers will receive a Salmon Festival collectors t-shirt!
